Fresh Usnea Extract

Description: Usnea, also known as Old Mans Beard, has been used traditionally to support the body when addressing bacterial imbalances, particularly involving lungs,  bladder, or wound care. This lichen has a long history of use  for assisting with microbial and fungal issues.

Found in clean forests on branches, we collect Usnea from the forest floor after storms. Usnic acid, a key constituent, is known for its antimicrobial properties. Double extracted with both alcohol and water to maximize capturing of active constituents.  

Ingredients: Fresh Usnea spp., Grain Alcohol, Water (Double extraction, ratio is 1:3) 

Suggestions: Dilute one dropperful (20 drops/1mL) in water up to three times a day, or as directed by your healthcare provider.
