Description: Help sooth a scratchy, dry, or irritated throat with this fortifying tea of botanical strength. Scratchy Throat Tea is a blend of comforting herbs that offer support during moments of vulnerability or whenever you just need a little extra care.
Ingredients:
- Althea officinalis (Marshmallow leaf): A demulcent herb that can soothe dry airways and can assist in calming irritation
- Citrus sinensis (Orange peel): Bright and delicious, gives a burst of vitamin C
- Verbascum thapsus (Mullein); known for calming inflammation and supporting respiratory health
- Salvia officinalis (Sage); Known as an astringent and antimicrobial, often used for sore throats and immune support
- Mentha piperita. (Peppermint): Cooling and calming, this herb can also assist in immune support and soothing irritation
Brew Instructions: Pour 8oz of boiling water over 1 Tablespoon of the loose tea blend. Allow it to steep for 10-15 minutes or longer for maximum potency. Strain and enjoy. Steep overnight for maximum benefits.
