Ingredients: 

• Tilia europea (Linden Flower): A beautiful flowering tree, traditionally used for nerves and overall well-being 
• Calendula officinalis (Calendula): A glowing orange flower most acclaimed for it's skin healing but can also be used as an anti-inflammatory and lymphatic tonic 
• Rosa spp. (Rose petals): A general tonic for the nervous system and cardiovascular system, symbolizing the heart, love and devotion
• Aloysia citrodora (Lemon Verbena): A delicious and fragrant herb that is helpful as an anti-inflamatory and digestive aid
• Rosa cacina (Rosehips): Harvested during the fall, the fruits of the rose bush are  little gems are known for being high in vitamin C and antioxidants

Brew Instructions: Pour 8oz of boiling water over 1 Tablespoon of the loose tea blend. Allow it to steep for 10-15 minutes or longer for maximum potency. Strain and enjoy.
