Description: Ashwagandha, grown fresh in our greenhouse this past summer, is a stunning and hearty plant. Known as an adaptogen and tonic it can help support your stress responses and natural rhythms. Traditionally used for centuries in Ayurvedic medicine, Ashwagandha is often taken to promote resilience, ease fatigue, and restore balance.
Ingredients: Fresh Withania somnifera (Ashwagandha) root, grain alcohol, water (Double extraction method, ratio is 1:3)
Suggestions: Dilute one dropper full (20 drops/1ml) in water once or twice daily, or as directed by your healthcare provider.
